Discovery

Walking home was always  treck for me. The sun blazed in the sky and burned the back of my sweaty neck. But this isnt the story of the walk, this is the story of me Sam Tyre making the most greatest discovery in the whole world. But firstly lets get back to the story. As I was saying me and my mates walk home every day. But last Friday was when it all happened.

 I was walking down the street of Gangura Avenue to get back home and i decided to have a rest on a nearby seat that took place next to a large black lampost. So i opened my school bag and  i took a sip of water out of my waterbottle. But when i was about to take the last sip of my drink to quench my thirst i spotted a glimmer in the corner of my eye coming from a nearby dirt mound. I then decided that i may as well check it out and i did so. I took caution when i approached the glimmer in case something leapt at me but to my luck nothing did. As i approached even closer i realised the glimmer was actually a bit of metal. As i dug into the surface i felt a pointy edge that i straight away tugged at and freed it from the earths binding.
